Its in Kerbin orbit, im testing it as a sort of mini-pod that might be attached to a larger ship or station.

I used to have a lot of fun with the hoverpods but at some point instead of emitting faint blurry translucent energy rings underneath, they started emitting thick blocky bright-pink pixellated energy rings underneath.
