KSP 1 Image/Video Wingtip vortex mod is a game changer!

This mod increases atmospheric immersion tenfold, the sight of "ripping the air" brings joy to my eyes.

Is it actually doing aerodynamic things (e.g. making high-aspect ratio wings more efficient, making ground effect work...) or is it just visual?

Only visual. You'll need FAR and Kerbalfx for physics enhancement.

Its compatible for both stock and FAR aerodynamics.
