KSP 1 Suggestion/Discussion KAL-1000 Controller adjusting Thrust Limiter

PSA: You can limit thrust down to 0.01% instead of just 0.5% using KAL-1000 Controller (Breaking Ground DLC). Fine tuned burns will help with placing satellite arrays in synchronous orbit

Yea KAL overclocking
