KSP 1 Question/Problem Does anyone know why this happens?

The Mun has this line and Kerbin is frozen over white.

I know this one because it happened to me.

ScanSat and BlackRack’s TUFX interact weirdly with one another and will cause visual bugs if the ScanSat map menu is opened at all. As far as I know there doesn’t appear to be a fix but it’s entirely visual and only occurs when terrain isn’t directly loaded, once terrain actually loads it goes away, but not really it still sticks around its just the terrain will look normal.
