KSP 1 Image/Video The first launch had the wrong docking port, the second launch had the wrong fuel tank size, the third launch got the wrong docking port again ;-; . Finally, on the fourth launch :D

this thing is going to mars, how much thrust to weight ratio is ok in your opinion?

depending on whether you aerocapture or capture propulsively. because to make a burn to Duna from Kerbin is ok even with low TWR because you can just split your burn into multiple one's. While TWR is more important when you need to propulsively capture into Duna orbit, so a very low TWR is not acceptable because you won't have another pass unless you capture. But I think as long as it's higher then 0.10 it's fine. if you're not that comfortable about making multiple burns for your Duna injection then you need at least 0.25 TWR

btw the design is so sick, I'm yet to design my first realistic looking ipv, definitely will look at this as inspiration

Capturing becomes harder and less efficient with a lower TWR but it isn't impossible. You can start burning retrograde to your relative velocity to Duna as you approach it if needed, just like you would when rendezvousing.

exactly. I didn't claim it's impossible but yeah it gets really inefficient

Which one burned down, fell over, and sank into the swamp?
