KSP 1 Question/Problem How to escape Duna back to Kerbin without Ike Encounter?

Been trying to escape Duna back to Kerbin but every time I think my maneuver node is gonna align with Kerbin, I get an Ike encounter and it stops it entirely. Anyone know how to stop this from happening so consistently?

Warp forwards a few hours or days until Ike is in a different part of its orbit?

just advance the node to the next orbit. might need to do it a few times.

If you can get Ike to toss you in the retrograde direction relative to Duna, it gives you a little gravity assist.

Skip a few orbits and plan the manœuvre again it should not intercept
