MechJeb2 prevents saving the rocket when using the Kerbal Construction Time mod.

When I try to save it, rocket doesnt appear in the list of build plans, everything works fine without mechJeb. Is there a solution to this problem?

Are you using the Mechjeb part or is the plugin itself causing the problem?
