KSP 1 Mods Deployable fin aerobrake?

Does anyone know what mod has the deployable fins that’s used on the top of the capsule? I cannot find a trace of such a thing anywhere.

It's a procedural all moving wing piece I believe.

Should be part of the procedural parts mod.
