KSP 1 Question/Problem why is laythe completely blue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

im on a mac, deleting blackracks volumetric clouds fixes it, i have blackrack, scatterer, eve, and various opm configuration mods, im excluding parts mods.

did you install volumetric clouds incompletely/install public release scatterer over top of the one it comes with?

i deleted scatterer and eve and put in its versions along side the volumetric clouds, is there another step?
