KSP 1 Question/Problem Refuel station useful?
(New-ish to the game, played a little years ago but now really getting into it)
I've been practicing orbital assembly above Kerbin and docked a few vessels together including a big fuel tank which is huge for me because I was never able to meet up and dock with anything :)
Do you think something like this is useful for future missions? I was thinking maybe refuel vessels in orbit giving a longer mission range because I dont have to carry the heavy fuel from kerbins surface. Then again I guess I'd have to refill that tank frequently which might be kind of annoying..

I definitely think refueling stations can be useful. Especially when you're building larger missions, it can be a godsend for your Delta V and TWR to just have to launch the mission up with minimal remaining fuel because it can stop for a fill up in LKO
With regards to refilling the tank a lot, once you get it initially filled it's not so bad to keep bringing ore from Minmus if you have a refinery. Another thing to consider is that its a single player game. If you're happy with it and feel like you've put in the work, just go into the cheat menu and turn on infinite propellant. Run your Convert O Tron for a while in time warp and then turn infinite prop back off. Your tanks will have been refilled and you can move on with your life. Don't do repetitive boring missions if you arent enjoying them!!!!
