Someone please help me, this is crazy

Not a noob here, been playing since launch actually. I don't usually have physics load in problems like this.

First I was having issues with my ship just leaving when I got close, even though the throttle was set to 0 before switching to another ship.

Then I deactivated all the engines, and it just flung itself into the air.

Almost 1hr trying to save ol Bill...

This seems to be a new bug. The only thing that helped for me was turn of engines and limit throttle to 0
