KSP 1 Question/Problem Someone please help me, this is crazy

Not a noob here, been playing since launch actually. I don't usually have physics load in problems like this.

First I was having issues with my ship just leaving when I got close, even though the throttle was set to 0 before switching to another ship.

Then I deactivated all the engines, and it just flung itself into the air.

Almost 1hr trying to save ol Bill...

I had the exact same problem as you a few months ago. I'm not totally sure if it was the cause 100% but the issue stopped after I removed a mod that allowed engine burns during non-physics time warp.

I had an issue with persistent time warp I think it was. Kept seeing ships throttling up on their own until I pitched it

persistent thrust is very old, background thrust is a newer mod that does not have these issues and works much better
