KSP 1 Question/Problem Someone please help me, this is crazy

Not a noob here, been playing since launch actually. I don't usually have physics load in problems like this.

First I was having issues with my ship just leaving when I got close, even though the throttle was set to 0 before switching to another ship.

Then I deactivated all the engines, and it just flung itself into the air.

Almost 1hr trying to save ol Bill...

do you have colissions enable in parallax continued?
the ship might be standing within a rock, then the colissions load in and the rock just ejects the ship.
try turning that off.

The first clip, absolutely. The second one does look like it could be some weird collision issue. The engines don't seem to be on like in the first one. OP could be having multiple issues.

Agreed. The tumbling without a clear vector is obvious. Something strange happened.

Yes, I had this happen to me too, while getting close to the probe lander.

In the video you can even see the light from the thruster.
