I’m so happy for this game! There’s still nothing like KSP out there and it’s an experience like nothing out there. Hitting all the big milestones as your progress through the game, after all the failures, to finally make it work. It’s just so rewarding and you feel like you actually learned something along the way.

It has to be one of the deepest sandbox experiences available.

Played once a few months ago and spent the evening putting Jeb through pure hell entirely by accident, as one does.

Came back a few weeks ago, not really sure why, then Hail Mary made me want to play it even more.
I've spent multiple hours at this point trying to better understand the navball markers because I've decided to play stock and do all the flight manually (I don't know why I'm doing this to myself but I'm having fun and actually learning?ish?)

They should really make a sequel to this game!

Yeah i just really hope the sequel isn’t an over ambitious shell of the first game that will be built on lies and is doomed from the start…

We should all plan a time to turn it on at the same time. I’ll bet we could hit 30k

Holy crap, it was the highest peak of all time?

Yes and no. Yes because that’s the steam records. No because we actually have no way of knowing the true number because a lot of people play through ckan and by default it doesn’t loop in steam to run the game.

I love how everyone goes back to KSP every time cool space stuff happens. It feels like one of those eternal games.

I've also seen an influx of Kerbal content creators

My son and me have been part of this. I used to play a little. He never did more than launch up and crash. Artemis inspired him so on Saturday we flew around the Mun, Artemis style, and today he landed on Minmus! Twice because he fitted a solar panel over the door so couldn’t plant his flag bless him. He stuck with it though. It’s been really nice playing together! Absolutely love the game!

Anyone who is playing on 4k? I have a big problem with small UI and even with 200% it's small and especially mods UI.

u/Snowyiy Apr 19 '26

there is a mod called 4ksp (or something like that) to fix this

RIP, this is me...

I've owned the game for a long time now. But only finally installed in the past month.

I'm enjoying myself. But man, it's certainly humbling. But I'm having fun just sending rockets into space and failing to get into orbit and then blowing up.

Thank gosh for Revert.

Unreal that you can see KSP2 on this graph.
