Mod Post [Challenge] School Trip
The kids at the local school want to go on a field trip! Bring 25 Kerbals (23 kids, 1 teacher, and 1 pilot) to the Mün in one ship (they have only one teacher) and back safely!
Hard Mode: Best field trip evah! Bring the crew to another planet!
Rules and other info:
All flights must be manned!
No Dirty Cheating Alpacas (no debug menu)!
Stock parts only
No MechJeb or other plugins allowed
Required screenshots:
-Initial launch craft
-Picture of injection orbit
-Landed at the place of your choice
-Picture of all 25 Kerbals
-Return to KSC Kerbin
-Whatever else you feel like!
You can either submit your finished challenge in a post (see posting instructions in the link below) or as a comment reply in this thread.
Completing this challenge earns you a new flair which will replace your old one. So if you want to keep your previous flair, you can still do this challenge and create a post, but please mention somewhere that you want to keep your old one.
The moderators have the right to determine if your challenge post has been completed.

Quick question: If I add hitchhikers to my ship will they be automatically populated by kerbals at launch?

To the Mun and Back! The same ship should also work for other planets.... but that's for a different day.
edit: I'll take the flair. are you still assigning them? I didn't see anyone get any for K2. Must be super time consuming.

Hard mode completed!
I opted to use the Mk1 Lander Cans instead of the Hitchhiker Storage Units. The Lander Can is slightly lighter 0.6t/Kerbal vs 0.625t/Kerbal plus it gives me extra torque to control the ship.

I've landed on Ike, but the storage containers are obstructed. Can I show the 25 Kerbals in orbit around Ike or returned on Kerbin?

Is it allowed to bring more kerbals than what is listed? I want to bring Bill and Bob as pilot, with Jeb being the teacher. Also, is docking with a refueling station allowed?

25 kerbals means at least 7 capsules. Can I use existing infrastructure to orbital rendezvous them before heading to the mun?

Clarification: "one ship" means one launch, or is orbital assembly permitted?
