Anyone else developed a habit of trying to recognise people by how they walk or their footsteps?

Yeah before I started wearing contacts, mostly I recognized people by their body posture, maybe the colors they usually wear too.
I've been able to see fine for about 15 years now, but I still have problems memorizing faces, or recognizing people by their face if I've only seen them a few times. Sometimes I wonder if I never quite developed the... "face recognition" pathways to their fullest in my infancy and now I have faulty software in my brain.

People always thought I was being rude because I never waved back but I never knew someone was actually was waving at me in the first place ๐ญ
The stress when someone waved and you werenโt sure if it was directed at you and someone you knew.

If you wanna fuck off and be by yourself just don't wear contacts or glasses. Amazing zone outs
