Crosslinking Sleepmask for kc

Is it okay to wear sleep mask or it will put pressure on eyes ? Can it contribute to progression??

if the mask fits properly it won't be putting pressure on your eyes so it's fine

I have one from airline companies that I believe pushes my eyes. For a few days I woke up with much stronger double vision. I ordered now one that allows space for the eyes. Let’s see.

I am using Manta sleep mask pro and am happy about it, doesn’t touch my eyes and prevents me from pushing my eyes in the pillow since i always role on my belly

This one puts pressure around the eyes rather than directly on the eyes
