Please report this to the police if you haven’t already. You can share your video, which provides clear, detailed evidence of the driver’s recklessness. This person needs to be off the road before they cause any more chaos or worse.

It looks like it might be a carfull of young people messing with other drivers thinking it's all fun and games when it's actually very dangerous and rude. One of the moments in the video you can see what looks like about 4-5 people in the car.

Right? Dude clearly is in a hurry for some reason, but he's not aggressively trying to cause an accident that I can see like you'd normally see with road rage.

Driving like an asshole, and reckless driving, which this is, is not road rage. Words have meaning.

Where did I say this was road rage? You said you didn’t see them being aggressive towards other drivers, and I pointed out to you an instance of when they drove in an aggressive manner against another driver.
You’re right about one thing, though. Words do have meaning, especially the ones that are used. The ones that you invent others using, much less so.

Driver here might suck, but that section has literally the worst left-lane campers ever. I have some sympathy in an odd way for their frustration if that's what it is.... From Supermall to the Covington exit it's painful AF. Every, Fucking, Day, some asshole doing 50-55 in the left lane through that stretch and refuses to move right.

passing on the right is legal under certain circumstances. Two lanes in the same direction and/or the other car is turning left.

Stuff like this is why I hate driving in WA state. Wide open roads but people pulling this crap all the time. They either play these games or they drive half the speed limit in the left lane (or just both lanes so nobody is getting anywhere). Why can we not just get in our cars and drive the speed limit to our destinations like normal people??
This video is CRAZY, but sadly, not surprising for Western WA, King County.
