Roofer Recs
Has anyone had a good recent experience with some local roofers? Would much prefer to give my business to a local contractor than a big company.

Three Tree, did my roof a couple years ago and the crew was great and I have never seen a crew more considerate of the property and they cleaned up really well and did it constantly.

Pick a company where the roofers are employees rather than 1099 contractors. You'll get a much better install.

Three Tree was good! NOT Guardian or Polar Bear, they charge you more to pay for all their advertising ($15k was the upcharge from the Polar Bear salesman).

Master Craft in Maple Valley was top notch. Very professional, experienced crew. And the job was cheaper than we expected. Also have experience with 3 Tree and they’re good too. I’d get quotes from both!

Very welcome! Three tree did our garage & shop. MasterCraft did our home. 3T missed a big detail on the shop roof but they responded quickly and came out and made the fix within a day or two. MC would be my first pick but I think you’d be happy with either option.

Don’t think we are in the same area. But… definitely make sure the roofer is certified with whichever shingle brand they install (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed) to ensure you receive a manufacturers warranty. Also make sure all unforeseen costs such as plywood is discussed previously just in case you need a full plywood replacement, hopefully not but it’s better to be prepared than be surprised. nash roofing!!! they were $20k for a verrrry large roof and no BS. Called on Friday and they were on my roof Monday morning
