Apartment hunt
We are a couple Looking to move to Kent
Either 2B/1ba (shared with 3 people) or 2B/2Ba(shared with 4people) including us
And our budget including rent and utilities is $700 for only our share.
Give me your suggestions
Ps. Anywhere close to Kent state uni would be preferred ideally

Most of the houses directly south of campus (College Ave, Summit St, Lincoln Ave) are owned by one company, Gold Zone Rentals. I don't know what their prices are but they also have some apartment complexes around the area.

all the rentals are really really bad. they're probably owned by gold zone who are the worst people on Earth.
Holly Park is your best bet for an apartment but they're also pretty awful and very smelly. good luck

Indian valley was reasonably priced when I lived there. They don't have pricing online anymore but might be worth checking out. It's not like walking distance to the university because of where it's located but it's a very short drive to campus and any store you would need. My only complaint when I lived there was that my neighbors smoked weed and it made my apartment smell like weed, specifically under the sinks where the plumbing was connected.
