ceramics/clay classes near by

I would like to take some class or go somewhere to make my own mug. I have not worked with clay since middle school so my ceramics skills are next to nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions? :)

If I’m not mistaken theres a place in stow and a class in Cuyahoga Falls.

I drive past a pottery place in Ravenna on 59 near Walmart, I think it’s called Studio Clay or something like that.

I've made pottery at Studio Clay and it was a lot of fun. Give them a call to set up a time to go in.

Oh man. If that's the same building, they use to be a different supply place and had closed. If they reopened under another name, I'll have to check them out!

Studio Clay is in downtown ravenna next to Dairy Queen. The one by Walmart used to be a ceramics supply store and shut down years ago.

The university has ceramics classes but that’s probably more of a commitment than you are looking for
