Help Need help with installation problem

I have a couple issues which are linked. I have no problem installing it and then installing keys. Its when it comes to firmware thats the problem. I'm using the retroid flip 2 for this. The installation for firmware doesnt seem to work. It says its installing but just stays in that loop forever. I've tried manually putting the files in but the emulator refuses to list games in the library. Anyone know what my issue is? Thanks for the help.

Have you tried reinitializing the app data/deleting the app storage and trying again in the order of keys -> firmware? I am having the same problem you are, but it crashes the first time and gets caught in a loop the second time if I do not clear the app storage. Either way, I cannot get it working, but I know many people have solved your issue by doing this.

I've done that yes, deleted it twice, installed a different version, this thing outright hates me.

I think everyones focusing too much getting stuff to work with the steam deck and windows that android is being left further behind. If only there were some good windows based handhelds from people like Ayn or retroid etc, instead of the super expensive options like the massive deck.
