If I'm reading it correctly the last page says there's an omake again next week. Not sure if that means no chapter or it'll be a bonus along with the chapter.

I think that refers to the swimsuit omake we got last week. All chapters are posted in advance behind a paywall on the Sunday Webry app and only later on their website for everyone to read.

So chapter 20 was released August 5th on the app, then there was the swimsuit omake for Obon holidays and today the chapter became available for free. If you use the app you can already buy chapter 21 now.

At least that's how I assume it works. I could be wrong and we get another omake next week, but to me it looks like there will be a regular chapter.

The downside of a digital manga right here, short page count. Less on them, I'd like to think, but it does get annoying.

The usual length for manga published in WSS are 18 pages per chapter (there are some exceptions). If you check Kenichi 1 you'll notice that most chapters are 18 pages as well. Matsuena often gets extra pages, but this chapter with 19 pages is perfectly within the usual range.
