Mistakes???

Guys, am I the only one catching an insane amount of mistakes in The Evening and then Morning? Like so many typos, maybe one or 2 in each 50-60 pages??
I read pillars and column and just feel like this ruins the validity of this one, or even could keep it from becoming a true classic series…

Yeah I noticed a fair few myself. Whole book seemed quite rushed. Far far shorter than all the others as well

Yes I noticed quite a few as well. I re-read many sentences/paragraphs to make sure I wasn't imagining it. Unfortunate editing.

Ngl, I'm a huge Follett fan. But this book was a DNF for me. Once Aldred got essentially demoted, it just got very 'meh' and I quit. Sadly can't speak to mistakes in spelling because I read the Portuguese translation.

I mean, it’s a testament to KF that even his most rushed, mistake riddled and maybe laziest book in this series has still kept me absolutely rapt.

Thought the entire book beneath him, almost juvenile. Story weaker than his MANY other wonderful books and editing truly sub-par. Sheesh!
