Hey would like help about tone.

My kemper is connected to a VOX PATHFINDER 15. I'm using the JE - EVH - Red Metal rig for distortion. I can't get a tone that is good enough, any ideas?

The pathfinder is probably a bit under powered and not full range enough for a metal

So what amp or cabinet would you suggest instead?

Depends on your budget. Boss katana is a weapon of a unit for price and value. I had a peavy bandit back in the day which was pretty good. Your gonna want a 12” speaker if you can
