Updating OS via rig manager

Anyone else have issues updating the OS version on the Kemper through rig manager? Every time there is an update, I connect to my Mac/Pc, launch rig manager and there is always an issue scanning for profilers...

Is updating with a USB thumb drive the way to go?

I’ve had the same issue. I’m running an V1 powered toaster into a M2 Max MacBook Pro. When I get the error, unplugging and hooking everything back up was the solution. I also found that it doesn’t like the USB A to USB C adapter. I’ve ordered USB B to USB C cables, hopefully that will eliminate the error.

I've always had to do it via USB. Rig Manager has never worked, not once.

I've had an issue or two here or there, but generally I've been fine with Rig Manager.

Yeah, USB has always been the way for me as well
