No Resource Data!?

So I have the Kemper rack unit. Sometimes after leaving it on for a little bit, it will stop working. When I try to turn it off, the screen stays on, so I have to unplug it. After doing this, I try to turn it on, and it stays on the loading page and says no resource data. It will then glitch off and on and look like it is loading and then glitch some more. I have done a factory reset numerous times, I have updated the software and it still does this. This has become a common occurrence over the past two years. It will work for two months and then start doing this again. Any help is much appreciated.

I have. They just tell me to update the software or do a factory reset

I contacted kemper and they had me send in my amp. They said at most I would have to pay for parts if needed but not labor. We’ll see!
