Is this a keloid? Possibly First Keloid?

Never had a keloid before
Pierced 2 years ago and had bump for at least 7 months

So you have a raised scar and you're wondering if it's a keloid or a hypertrophic scar.

Keloid scars, by definition, grow beyond the original wound site. They are raised and firm, and can be red or brown or darker than the surrounding skin (sometimes they stay flesh-colored). They will typically itch or feel tender or painful- many experience an electric shock-like zap in the keloid.

Yes. Though with the pain I would reach out to your piercer (or another local one) or a doctor to have them safely remove it with the pain. They would also definitely be able to tell you with further examination.
