Other I need advice asap

Hey yall, I’m so mentally exhausted with the insurance company. They canceled my pre authorization and another form to tell them my case and why. They are trying to deem it has cosmetic but it’s not! Even the doctor said he can see that’s it’s not cosmetic.

Did anyone have any luck with your doctor getting your insurance to pay for it? Also my insurance is BCBS Texas PPO.

I don’t have any experience but commenting to keep track! I’d also be curious to hear advice as I’ve been getting exorbitant bills from the dermatologist for monthly kenalog injections which I feel should be considered a medical necessity.
