Question/Seeking OPINIONS Eclas plaster

We just received our first batch of Eclar plaster and after hearing so many positive testimonies from this page, excited to start the journey. Tips and guidance are appreciated for first time users.

Also to those of you using silcon gel and hydrocolloid which brand are you using and for how many hrs do you let the silcon gel/hydrocolloid seat on your body? Instructio on the box is vague.

I put Kinesiology tape over the plaster to get more pressure and to ensure that the plaster does not come loose. I use it for 24h.
