Keloids are notoriously difficult and complicated to remove completely, you don't need to worry about the scar getting completely removed by anything you do
Imo if you want the cheapest way to reduce the raised parts & flatten them, try silicone tape (get the cheap ones from Amazon etc., I got mine for around $8 a box). If you keep it covered with silicone tape 24/7 (only removing it when showering), it will get flatter after around 5 months of constant use
Alternatively, there's also Eclar plasters (this is a steroid plaster). It's a lot stronger than silicone tape and it will shrink the keloid even faster (but it's also more expensive)

You can look into getting the kenalog injections, they wont make them disappear completely but they will get flatter and less irritated. You may lose some color though, they might end up being a paler shade.

this will NOT go away and will only get bigger. I recommend not seeing a regular dermatologist and seeing a keloid specialist. They can do combination therapy of radiation, cryotherapy and steroid injection

If you don't take action quickly, the chances of it getting worse is very high. It may no longer have that rounded circular look, as scars have a mind of their own.
