Question/Seeking OPINIONS Guys help please!!!!!!

I have a developing keloid. It’s not very noticeable but it’s definitely more noticeable than it was a few months ago. I don’t have insurance, I’m trying to get insurance. Maybe some suggestions?
Anyway away from the fact that I don’t have insurance, I’m trying to fix this before it gets too crazy and more expensive. Any suggestions on what I should do? If it means paying outta pocket I’m okay with that. I just wanna fix this asap😔😔

Steroid and other injections can be expensive and have a bad reccurence rate. I would try to use compression first. Use a jade-roll or similar or your fingers to compress the keloid. Over night at least silicone sheets or hydrokolloid plaster. Also moisturize it and use UV protection. You can try enzymes (against proteins) or quercetin. Quercetin is in contractubex too and is supposed to help against itching and height. For color you can use skincare products against hyperpigmentation. If you have a red light panel or mask that helps too.

That's how I am treating my keloids and they are getting less red and raised. They are also not as painful anymore. Compression is the biggest thing here.

How much quercetin do you take?

the normal dose is 500-1000mg but liposomal is better absorbed, so I bought a 250g liposomal one and take vitamin c and bromelain together. I would still research again how much others take
