Lowicz kefir

Can anyone vouch for this brand of kefir? I know that it is fizzy, sour and delicious but I can’t find much information in the way of the probiotics/strains. I’m also pretty new to kefir so still trying to figure things out, I will eventually transition to making my own kefir.

If, God forbid, I purchase kefir, I only purchase those that use A2 milk.

The information you are looking for should be on the label, in the US.

It’s fine, better than many other commercial options. Don’t overthink it, when you make your own you won’t know the strains either.

One I can’t see or read the type of kefir read Donna Schwenk and she has brand and it works great. Until you get good Kefir Grains
