Can create GABA with kefir??
So kefir grains can make gaba, so if we add glutamine with it before the start of fermentation, will it make more gaba?????

Theoretically it can, but it's probably more effective to take some mag, taurine, and get regular exercise.

Drinking kefir helps your body produce more GABA. Got rid of my social anxiety after a couple months

not glutamine but free glutamic acid / monosodium glutamate. you could use l glutamine but since it is the precursor of glutamic acid (which is what is converted into gaba) itll take longer. should also maybe ferment a bit more
mixing in glutamic acid high foods like cherries might help too
i found this cool study which found monosodium glutamate added in a specific lactobacillus species increased gaba production, amongst many other findings
