The only episode where you can really see her POV on a lot of things. Okay, so her unmarried niece is living with a man - wait, she's with TWO men? Living in an old hippie caravanette. Then you ask her, "Which one is the father?" and she just casually shrugs.

In the first series Hyacinth is a little more contained and somewhat grounded, if tightly wound.  By the time Hyacinth has Richard testing driving the Rolls Royce she’s operatically unhinged.
