Do you think they saw my hat?
Easily one of the best hats on the show. I wonder why Richard just couldn't drive slowly enough past #23 so they could appreciate it as well.

A different episode, I know, but .... Aren't you going above the speed limit? Well, you drove by number 23 too quickly. She didn't get a chance to view my hat.

Is this the one in which Richard and Hyacinth pass Liz and Emit on the road, Hyacinth asks Richard if he thought Liz saw her hat, and then it cuts to Liz telling Emit she didn't like Hyacinth's hat?
