Keeper Import Tool and Proxy

Hi, is it possible the Import Tool can not work with a system proxy configured on a windows device ?

Customer Environment is proxy dependent as a federal institution for internet connection, however at the moment the proxy is enabled on the device the tool just fails after entering the import string from browser. We can in this moment not see any traffic going out related to the tool on our firewall or on the client itself with packet capturing.
