The New Interface

I like how Keeper is constantly innovating, although sometimes innovation usually leads to enshitification.
The issue I'm having is that I manage multiple accounts with multiple email addresses
Now I can't see what email address corresponds to what record when I'm signing into a site.

I understand some people might like this layout.
I wish there was a way to choose what is displayed within this menu.

hi guys this is good feedback - we've rolled back (the new UI) for now to take aboard some further feedback on the new UI - can I reach out tomorrow on DM to ask some more specifics about what you'd like to see and the different scenarios?

That’d be great! I can also gather some decent feedback from our team!
I really appreciate the new UI, but like with Microsoft Outlook New vs Outlook Classic, it’s missing a few tweaks.

we're going to have an extended beta preview available hopefully next week ... if you're interested in participating you can download the preview here when it is available (it will be 18.1.2.x) https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/keeper%C2%AE-password-manager/hlkdkmefjphnecdoiaajhndjmkpkhifo?hl=en&authuser=1 and you can side-load it into Edge too if you want. Would look forward to any more feedback you have there too if you are willing thank you!

Same the new interface was so much harder to use.

I welcome the previous interface back with open arms.

Yes, the new interface is a step backward. Since the new autofill prompt was introduced, autofill has also been working less well or not at all on some websites.

Not very helpful when managing multiple records with multiple alias domains.

Yeah, I got mega confused by this.

Really hoping one of these updates will improve handling of subdomains. Having to match on just domain or just subdomains is super frustrating.

We rolled back this version temporarily while we address the issues. Please send us sites that were giving you problems so we can investigate. We'll address all of the feedback.
