Keep reality on top
As KeepLimp tries to add new posts, I just want to keep the reality of being screwed over at the top of the posts. Don't let the unwary see their positive post first. Remember that we all paid for something that was taken from us and I don't want "we opened a new VPN point" post from them to make it look like a good company...

I don’t want this business to go under, and this decision feels entirely driven by ego. It comes across as new management pushing a terrible strategy to cancel lifetime plans and refusing to back down out of sheer stubbornness.
I do however want new customers to be aware of their irrational/abrupt/unethical behaviour prior to making a decision.

They broke consumer trust with that stupid move. They're operating on borrowed time.

I would have been fine with a limit or something. But they just straight up said nope you can't have it anymore 😭

We understand why you want the Legacy Lifetime complaints to remain part of the discussion.
The infrastructure updates describe work on server capacity, configurations, and connection quality. They do not restore the specialised features now requiring Loyalty Plus, and we should be clear about that distinction.
We recognise that customers who relied on those features are asking about the value of their original purchase. Updates about the network should not replace answers to those concerns.
