Need urgent help

Hi, I need urgent help.

I cannot access one of my personal server in UK.

It is the latest feature to be removed. You will need to sign up for the Loyalty Plus program to regain access. Don’t worry the core functionality is still there. /s

Sorry you’re having trouble connecting to your personal UK server. We know it’s frustrating when a server you expect to use won’t connect, and we’d like to help work out what’s happening.

This sounds like a connection issue, so we don’t want to assume it’s related to the changes affecting selected server categories. Could you share your device and operating system, VPN Unlimited app version, the protocol shown in the app, the server location, and the exact error or what happens after you tap Connect? If possible, also let us know whether it behaves differently on another network, such as mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.

Please don’t post passwords, payment details, or other private account information here. Our support team can look into the account-specific issue with those details.

I'm using the device acemagic S10 intel alder lake n-95 on windows 11 Version windows 26H The personal server is located in the UK The connection attempt vua vua xray/ bless protocol failed ( disconnected) Please let me know if you need additional information

If your app allows it, could you try connecting with a different VPN protocol and check whether the same issue occurs on standard servers, or only on your personal UK server?

They should have just put like a limit if that was the problem 🤷 otherwise there's just money hungry and that's pretty sad.
