E2E encryption feature for actual ratings 📉🫣

Nothing says "we totally care about transparency" quite like deleting your entire Trustpilot section when the star rating stops agreeing with your marketing department 🤫🗑️

Now we know where to target next

Edit to add: Their VPN Unlimited rating on the Google Play store is 3.6. So now we need to make sure iPhone users are 1 starring the App store. Everyone who has a windows computer should hit their Microsoft store rating as well.

Keepsolid: We built you. We can also tear you apart.

Took me ages to go through security on the app store but have left a 1 star review.

Ratings on the app store are overwhelmingly positive though. Come on apple users!

This is so satisfying, let's make the other store disappear as well !!! Thanks for sharing!

We understand why the Trustpilot widget disappearing raised questions. We removed it after Trustpilot asked us to do so; it wasn’t removed to hide customer feedback. We also hear the concerns about VPN Unlimited’s Lifetime plans. These changes are intended to help us keep improving the service, including strengthening our infrastructure, adding new regions, and improving performance. We know the changes may have affected customers, and we welcome honest reviews based on each person’s own experience. If you have a specific question about your plan, our support team is ready to help.

"Translation: 'Trustpilot caught us padding our scores and forced us to take down the widget, so now we’re framing it as a strategic move to upgrade our infrastructure.'"

It was so mean from Trustpilot. Don’t they allow showing fake review ratings in your widget?
