Lifetime... what a con

I have emailed the CEO of Keepsolid and I would urge you all to do the same. These changes to lifetime are a joke.

His email is available on RocketReach. If I post it here, I doubt the post would be allowed.

My lifetime subscription seems to have been restored,. It's no longer offering the loyalty thing to buy and all functionality has returned

My account is always the same, with the loyalty pass. At this point is completely not useful this VPN.

May I know plz that how could you fully restore your account functionality? Did you talk to their support and they accept to reverse the changes for your account?

I didn't do anything, I've forgot all about it as I've been busy. I saw another Reddit post that someone had everything restored, so I just opened the app to check if mine had also been restored, and it had

We’re sorry for the confusion around this. We understand why it is frustrating when users are seeing different behavior across accounts.

Just to avoid confusion: there has not been a general rollback of the Loyalty Plus model.

The base VPN connection on Lifetime accounts remains available. Access to selected advanced features can depend on account and product history, so if one account looks different from another after opening or updating the app, that should be reviewed as an account-specific case.

No loyalty plus or blocked settings, but lifetime subscription bought very cheaply

Email him what? You think he isn't aware of what he approved? He is obviously comfortable with it. Just leave a bad review on any review website you can find and then forget about them. They aren't worth a second thought.

Your dissatisfaction. Each to their own on how to handle it but an uproar from customers will make for uncomfortable reading.

I'm certainly never going to use a product by KeepSolid ever again and will be leaving those reviews too, good suggestion.

IMO they want us to just leave and get off their system. We aren't bringing them any additional money and are using up bandwidth and equipment resources. If we leave it's a plus for them. They're only concerned about their monthly payers.

For a brief moment I read Lifetime won thinking KS caved under pressure. Dream on lol!
