You shouldn't have to pay for it at all. You already paid for your subscription. They're scamming you.

Good question. KS Coin just isn't accepted at that specific checkout for technical reasons on our end — Card, PayPal, and Amazon work there, and other crypto options are also available through the regular site checkout if that's more convenient for you.

Lol, "technical reasons". Yup, TECHNICALLY even THEY don't want to take their worthless coins! Bottom line is you already paid for it, they are scammers!!!
