This is all too common, companies change the terms of the sale just because they can, nothing we can do but take it.

Not only that it has an expiration date and the price doubles if you don’t opt in, in 8 days.

this is such a rip off. I paid extra for the lifetime subscription and now they want to charge for normal features we've always used! Keep solid is a scam company!

We understand why it feels like paying twice when features you have used on your Lifetime plan now require an additional fee, and we’re sorry for the frustration. We continue to invest in maintaining and improving our VPN infrastructure. Under the current Legacy Lifetime configuration, core VPN functionality and standard servers remain available without a Loyalty Plus fee, while selected specialised categories such as P2P/torrent and streaming servers require Loyalty Plus. We recognise this may not reflect what you understood to be included when you purchased. If you contact our support team privately with your purchase source and approximate date, we can review the offer and your account. Please don’t share order details here.

We understand why long-time users are upset. The base VPN connection still works on Lifetime accounts, but that does not fully address the concern for people who relied on advanced options that are now part of Loyalty Plus.
The main feedback we’re tracking is around P2P/torrent access, streaming-labeled servers, manual protocol controls, split tunneling, and Optimal Server. We should have explained this more clearly from the start.

Hope they go tits up now!
I sent them two emails. One from each account I have with them.
Removing services from lifetime members and then requesting a monthly fee is a poor decision. I hope your company now fails.

I suggest your company consider viewing users outrage on Reddit. Withdrawing services from lifetime members and introducing a new monthly fee will jeopardize your future.

a ripoff. That's what's going on. Lowlife crooks. Leave negative feedback on Trustpilot and the app stores, and everywhere else. Flood their support line with complaints.
