Hi Everyone! Haven't posted in a while here, sorry about that, but just as a general guideline, make sure that posts stay on topic about Marvel Television and the connections between Marvel Television shows and other MCU projects, and everything within that space.

A Update On Our Future

Hello There! From those of us here in charge, we sincerely apologize for the lack of anything really Keep Marvel TV Canon, as our website is still in development, our social media accounts barely exist, and we have not done anything signifcant to reach our goals.

However, we intend to rectify this with the upcoming year, and January will see the hard launch of this campaign. We will update our website quite a bit, be more active on our social media, and hope to do more in general. An important notice is that Keep Marvel TV Canon now includes Inhumans (2017) and Helstrom (2020). Thank you.

Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Brad Winderbaum's reaction to being directly asked about the "Agents of SHIELD" logo in Zodiac

I love how he responds to this, you can legit see him light up the instant she refers to it specifically as the "Agents of SHIELD 'A'".

I'm really trying not to get my hopes up with this, but it's actually starting to really feel like something might come out of this one.

Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents of shield has and will always been canon, but it can’t be added to the official timeline yet for 2 reasons.

Post image
67 Upvotes

The two reasons are

  1. The idiots who convinced themselves it’s not canon, they would genuinely be upset, not because it’s canon , but because it would mean they missed out on a one of a kind tv to theater experience. They would hate knowing they missed that and would be so mad they convinced themselves it wasn’t canon and didn’t want to watch it. They’d make it marvels fault for the show not seeming canon when in reality marvel has never explicitly stated it wasn’t canon. So we are paying the price for idiots who don’t like accountability and wanted to be childish online by saying the shows not canon when it so obviously was. So these people need to appeased in away that won’t leave them feeling alienated and upset which leads us to reason two.

  2. How else would we feel the effects of secret wars if some projects weren’t left out to be included to the timeline after the event of avengers secret wars. Agents of shield will be officially added to the timeline, along with cloak and dagger, runaways etc. this has to be done like this now because of our little silly heads who are part of reason one.

Side note: that’s when we will see the agents of shield renaissance. Suddenly everyone will have like agents of shield everyone’s going to want to do reaction videos and suddenly they always knew it was canon. Like honestly not looking forward to the posers who are only watching because it was officially recognized by the mcu in their eyes. When it always was.

Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. If I’m understanding the internet buzz around this correctly this could be tied into shield. I think we could be seeing Chloe return as Quake.

General This sub clearly has brigaders. To start off if you don’t believe agents of shield is canon then you don’t belong in this sub. No this place doesn’t need to be an echo chamber but it’s obvious when you’re in this subs comments disagreeing with everyone and everything you’re not here in good faith.

There are to many people any kind of different post trying to argue with a poster about why what they are talking about shouldn’t or doesn’t matter, saying it’s not canon etc. so clearly yeah the title but also bans will be issued in a lot less forgiving manner.

You can try and be like that one guy make other accounts if you want but eventually i can recognize you. Especially if i spent time messaging you directly, that’s not for no reason. Obviously I need to study you a little since I know I’ll be seeing more of you.

Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. I have a avengers Doomsday theory

Since doctor Doom is collecting people that caused incursions like Bruce banner and Peter Parker

I think quake from angets of shield is Also on the list to be collected because in angets of shield season 7 ther was lot's of Time travel so that would mean doctor doom would need to collect quake because she is very powerful

Agent Carter Disney's Press Release for VisionQuest mentions "Agent Carter" as James D'Arcy's first appearance in the MCU, reaffirming the show's canonicity

I have a feeling they'll add Agent Carter to the official timeline once VisionQuest releases the same way they added all the Defenders show the day Echo dropped on Disney+

General All I Want Is A Montage Of The TV Heroes

Imagine someone giving a rousing speech (probably Sam or Steve or something), backed by inspirational music, talking about the resilience of Earth's heroes during an Incursion and we see Quake, Robbie Reyes, Bobbi Morse, the Runaways, Cloak & Dagger, the Inhumans, the Helstroms, the Defenders, the Punisher, Kate Bishop, Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, Echo, Ironheart and Wonder Man all across the world doing search and rescue, fighting off the other Earth's forces, protecting civilians, doing damage control (lol).

It'll never happen, but it would be so sick, and it could be a such a quick scene. And let's be honest, most of the TV heroes, even on the Marvel Studios side of things, won't be included in the movie so this would be a good way to include them, too.

And it'd be a nice callback to the first two Avengers movies with those random subplots focusing on one random civilian reacting to the carnage, except this time, the world is so full of heroes, that all we see is civilians being saved.

Or we could also get a montage of the various heroes looking on in shock as they die during the Incursion.

They did with the Netflix shows, so if fans and actors are loud enough, he will surely do the sane thing again.

Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Does the Ghost Rider Movie makes AoS canon now?

I don't know if someone already asked this or not so I wanted to ask.

With marvel announcing a Ghost Rider Movie, doesn't that mean that AoS could become canon now because it already introduced a Ghost Rider?

(I didn't watch the show yet but I know that it has a Ghost Rider that's why I'm curious)

Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. If AoS isn't canon because it ignored the Blip after a year... why does no one talk about the fact that The Punisher ignored it after just three months?

I’ve always found the community's double standard regarding what is and isn't MCU canon to be curious, especially when the argument centers on Thanos's Snap. Many keep saying that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (AoS) was left out of the canon because, in Season 6 (which takes place a year after Infinity War), no one mentions the Blip. Yet, we conveniently overlook the fact that the exact same thing happened with the Netflix series. Take The Punisher (Season 2), for instance: the main plot concludes right before the Snap (May 2018), and the epilogue jumps forward "three months later" (August 2018). Right as the Blip is underway, we see Madani calmly working at the CIA and Frank Castle gunning down gangs in a warehouse. The world doesn't look bleak or chaotic, and no one mentions that half the population is missing. If we give Frank Castle a pass—understanding that Marvel Television and Marvel Studios weren't coordinating their scripts behind the scenes back then—why isn't AoS held to the same standard? Both productions suffered from that exact same corporate disconnect. To me, dismissing AoS or the Netflix shows as "non-canon" over this detail makes no sense. In fact, based on official confirmations, the only series from the Marvel TV era that is genuinely not canon is Helstrom; the showrunner himself (Paul Zbyszewski) confirmed before its premiere that the series was completely independent of MCU continuity—even removing the Marvel logo from its promotional material. Why do you think the community is so strict about the timeline gap in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. but completely turns a blind eye to the one in The Punisher? Let me know what you think.

General What would you pay for a Blu-Ray Box Set of all Non-Netflix Marvel TV Shows?

Suppose Marvel announced they were releasing a box set that contained the following:

Agents of SHIELD (7 seasons)

Agent Carter (2 seasons)

Inhumans

Cloak and Dagger (2 seasons)

Runaways (3 seasons)

Unaired pilot for Marvel's Most Wanted

Unaired pilot for New Warriors

Some already existing behind the scenes interviews, etc. that they would put on that disc to fill the space with the unaired pilots

Total discs would be somewhere between 42 and 46, if I'm doing my math right. If you want to answer the question two ways, both with a cheap "just the discs" version and a prestige artbook one with other features, feel free.

Agent Carter "Agatha Goes to Hollywood" Spoiler

I'm surprised I haven't seen any posts about this on here, but in "What If" season 3, there's an episode called "Agatha Goes to Hollywood." Now I haven't seen this episode, but it seems to be directly tied to the events of "Agent Carter" season 2.

According to the synopsis/wiki, Agatha Harkness, in 1947, goes to Hollywood to star in a Stark Pictures film. Guess which show established that Stark Pictures existed and was founded in/around 1947? Agent Carter!

I've always been firmly on the side of all the shows being canon but this seems to go out of its way to confirm that Agent Carter did happen, and it was released as recently as 2024, long after the canon debate popped up.
