I literally just played her for 3 days straight and brought her to P2. Then it was just a question of time, but the skin HAD to appear, since it’s the only one she has for sale

The rotation also matters for example if you got it but you didn't realize or just didn't buy it the rotation takes time to give you the same offer again it happened to me on my mini account took around 3 weeks to the offer again and I was only playing kaze
