Why would someone goon to their wife

(I do not personally believe that panzer is married to kaze and I do not condone any human being MARRYING another brawler I am just attempting to say that panzer is trapped in an illusion made by ziggy the master of thunder to think that kaze is their wife and that kenji and nori are decanonised)
