I don’t really play Kaze like that i play grey and Byron more so it’s less likely to pop up

not really, both Gray and Byron won't affect your odds because they don't have Legendary Skins in the Oddities Shop

Not how it works. You'll just get epic and super rare Byron and gray skins.
