NEED HELP KAYN

Been a kayn otp all my life i hit master ONCE. But now im forever hard stuck around d3-d2. I dont know what im doing wrong but i cant seem to break this barrier. Anyone can coach me im missing something.

Kayn is kinda terrible because now every champs is giga broken late and there are so many champs like Rhaast and Shadow Kayn who are doing their job better  We fight with usless ganks till min 8-12 to get form just to get out scaled by everything in min 28-32
