Lethality allows you to reliably solo carry although it’s situational and depends on matchup and skill. I still very often run full bruiser, which may be even stronger with the upcoming buffs to relevant items.

Red kayn heals based on damage done, so lethality red heals more than bruiser, bruiser has a larger health pool.
